human?
The best way to study a world is to become part of it.
In the archive’s fictional account, the expedition was never an invasion. It was a survival project. Their home star was fading, and Earth offered a second beginning.
The “human form” was their solution: a body that could cross open ground, build tools and cooperate at scale. What began as an adaptation eventually became an identity.
Humans are primates. Humans and mice share distant mammalian ancestors; humans did not evolve from modern mice. The transformation protocol above is entirely invented.
